Flash Pack provides unique, tailor-made group tours to solo travellers in their 30s and 40s. Benchmark devised and developed a fully bespoke booking engine that allowed customers to place and manage their trip bookings through the Flash Pack website.

Benchmark has worked closely with Flash Pack since 2017, providing development support across multiple iterations of the company’s website and booking engines.
As Flash Pack prepared to relaunch post-pandemic, Benchmark developed a fully bespoke tour and booking CRM, enabling the management of tours, customers and more through an intuitive and fully custom Laravel application.
Automation is provided through custom integrations with third party systems including the Hubspot CRM and Xero accounting. Bespoke application development of this nature allows the structure, functionality and usability of the platform to be completely defined through information architecture followed by custom website development.
Benchmark continue to support Flash Pack with ongoing development to bring new and enhanced functionality to the CRM.
