As a global partnership of over 80 public relations firms, the Worldcom Group’s website is a key touchpoint for both potential clients looking to create their ideal global communication team and agencies looking to add the power of Worldcom to their existing offering. Stakeholders from across its partner firms look to the group’s digital presence for lead generation, thought leadership and collaboration.

The website design that Benchmark delivered had to communicate the Worldcom brand whilst showcasing the identities and service offerings of each partner agency. The website development required that the site be built on a flexible WordPress content management system, ensuring that the Worldcom team could intuitively manage the wealth of News and Insights content which were essential to its SEO strategy.

Collaboration is at the heart of Worldcom’s strength and the bespoke intranet solution that Benchmark designed and developed is fundamental to how its global network of partners communicate and share information on a daily basis. The intranet is a bespoke Laravel application which enables partner agencies to request and share information whilst also managing the partner content that appears on the Worldcom website.

Today, Benchmark has a seat on the Worldcom marketing team, providing regular advice and assistance alongside website support and maintenance.
